The Imgur embed unit is available today and can be accessed through the ‘Post Options’ menu on every post shared publicly on Imgur. The embed unit was designed with input from both the Imgur community and publishers and there are a host of benefits provided:
Easy: Incorporating content from Imgur is a snap with a single line of HTML. The embed unit eliminates the old, inconvenient method of having to download the image, re-upload it and then manually add the attribution and other context.Mobile friendly: The embed unit is responsive, so it will look great on any device.Copyright friendly: Images displayed through the embed unit remain hosted on Imgur. Imgur enforces and maintains copyright compliance so the publisher doesn’t have to.
